We are searching for the best talent for Director, Real World Value & Evidence - Milvexian, to be located within the Scientific Affairs US Team in Titusville, NJ.

In the current environment of U.S.

healthcare with a prominent focus placed on efficiency and affordability, ensuring patient access to innovative treatments is of utmost importance, but increasingly challenging.

In this challenging environment, the Medical Affairs Real-World Value & Evidence organization must ensure we obtain robust payer insights, deliver unrivaled value evidence, be payer-centric, execute timely real world data analytics, and develop flawless and impactful communication of the value of Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine's contributions to payers and society.

Purpose: This role will report to the Therapeutic Area Lead Milvexian and is a member of the Milvexian Medical Affairs Team.

In this position, the Director, Real World Value & Evidence (RWV&E) will be responsible for leading lifecycle medical adoption and market access scientific strategies, evidence generation, and dissemination plans for Milvexian including multiple indications.
