This position is a critical member of the TECVAYLI and TALVEY Marketing Teams and will work closely with external partners, customers, and field-facing teams to identify and implement strategies that support the adoption and expansion of J&J's multiple myeloma bispecific therapies across community oncology settings, including community hospitals and oncology clinics.

The individual will support the development and execution of customer-focused resources and customer engagement initiatives intended to address operational challenges and drive business growth.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:



* Lead the development, approval, and deployment of promotional resources and operational tools that support the adoption and expansion of bispecific therapies within community oncology accounts


* Drive ongoing customer and stakeholder insight collection through partnership with key field teams, including Bispecific Area Business Specialists (ABS), Key Account Managers (KAM), Oncology Specialists, and other cross-functional partners, translating insights into actionable strategies and resource enhancements.
