Job Description:

The Manager, Master Data Management (MDM) Operations is an operational leader responsible for delivering high-quality customer and vendor master data services that enable business performance across Johnson & Johnson.

This role serves as a key stakeholder-facing partner to the MedTech and Innovative Medicine sectors and ensures master data execution is aligned to business priorities.

This leader operates with a strong customer-first mindset, simplifying processes from an "outside-in" perspective to improve speed, accuracy, and transparency.

Maintain Operational Excellence


* Adhere to relevant laws and regulations, and follow the guidelines outlined in the J&J Credo.



* Responsible for leading operational aspects of customer and vendor master data operations team, ensuring workflow, exceptional performance, and strict compliance with established timelines and budgets.


* Be the main contact person for internal team members, offering support and guidance on data operations.


* Create strategic and practical plans to accomplish the objectives of Master Data Operations and effectively communicate these plans to the internal team and relevant groups.


* Engage strategically with business partners, collaborating with them to deliver business initiatives.


* Lead regional/global programs that align with department strategies, including process improvements, value collection, metrics, and operational reviews.
