Purpose: The Director, Strategic Business Transformation, will lead and manage discrete strategic assignments and provide structured, decision-focused insights to leadership.

The Director is expected to flex across a range of topics pertinent to the strategy of Therapeutics Development and Supply, and pivot priorities based on business needs.

The Director will apply business and scientific expertise while working collaboratively with subject matter experts and executive stakeholders to clarify, analyze and develop proposals to address complex business challenges.

The Director will apply expertise in business process redesign, operating model evolution and capability building to drive strategic imperatives to generate business impact.
