Position Overview:

The MT Group Finance - LRFP Lead is responsible for shaping the long-range financial outlook for Johnson & Johnson MedTech and providing strategic, data-driven insights that support enterprise decision-making and the long-term growth of the business.

This role serves as a key partner to senior finance and business leaders, translating complex financial and market dynamics into actionable recommendations and a clear business narrative.

The preferred locations are New Brunswick or Titusville, NJ.

Other J&J office locations or remote arrangements may be considered for the right candidate, with the expectation of travel to New Brunswick for key business reviews and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities include:


* Drive robust risk, opportunity, and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making and inform enterprise planning activities.


* Partner closely with Global Business Unit and Center Finance teams to establish planning assumptions and develop integrated financial outlooks.


* Support critical enterprise and sector-level processes, including Strategic Planning, Portfolio Reviews, Enterprise Business Reviews, and other executive-facing deliverables.
