Purpose

The Director, AI Products will be responsible for supporting the implementation, delivery, and scaling of strategic AI initiatives within J&J Innovative Medicine.

Reporting to the Vice President, Global Data Platforms and AI Products, within the Global Commercial Data and AI department, this individual will partner closely with business leaders and product teams leading AI Next Frontiers initiatives to translate prioritized AI opportunities into scalable solutions that improve business outcomes.

The Director will work across multiple strategic initiatives to ensure that AI capabilities are effectively designed, developed, and deployed.

The role requires strong AI technical skills; the ability to connect business needs with data, analytics, and AI capabilities; and, partnership and execution excellence.

You will be responsible for:


* Leading the implementation and enablement activities for a portfolio of prioritized AI initiatives.


* Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define use cases, and support solution design and deployment.


* Ensure AI solutions are aligned with business objectives and user needs.


* Translate business questions and needs into data, analytics, and AI design requirements that will scale across teams and geographies.
