Purpose: The Lead Specialist supports the Data Analytics & Governance Team and the Global Procurement organization by driving pivotal initiatives such as performance management (PMO), capacity assessments, and leading key analytics for the procurement community (e.g., spend, savings, ...).

They define and implement foundational data structures, including supplier and material categorization, and develop performance management tools like scorecards across multiple areas, which directly impact procurement performance indicators and governance.

Additionally, this role contributes to digitalization efforts to advance procurement solutions and improve overall efficiency.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES


* Manage governance processes within Global Procurement to drive consistency of project execution.


* Support and co-lead performance management activities, covering all performance indicators, including organizational change and reporting.


* Support on maintaining and improving the Supplier Capacity Program (short and long term analysis).
