This role is responsible for helping drive the effectiveness of the MedTech GLO legal organization through strategic planning, leadership team operations, organizational performance, communications, portfolio management, and execution of key priorities.

The Director serves as the primary integrator across the MedTech legal organization, partnering closely with the MedTech General Counsel, MedTech leadership team, MedTech General Counsel Executive Assistant, Legal Innovation & Transformation team, Finance, HR, Communications, and other functions to ensure effective execution of strategic priorities.

This position combines elements of Chief of Staff, strategy, business operations, portfolio management, and transformation leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and maximize legal value delivered to the business.

Main Responsibilities include

Strategic Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness: Serve as the strategic advisor and operational partner to the WW VP, MedTech General Counsel and Sector Legal Leadership Team, helping drive execution of strategic priorities, organizational objectives, and key leadership initiatives.

Lead the operating cadence of the leadership team, ensuring effective governance, alignment, decision-making, accountability, and follow-through across the organization while partnering closely with the General Counsel's Executive Assistant to coordinate leadership forums, offsites, communications, and annual planning activities.
