We are searching for the best talent for FM Mechanical Systems Lead located in Gurabo, PR.

The Facilities Management Mechanical Systems Lead is responsible for ensuring reliable, code-compliant, and energy-efficient operation of mechanical systems across the Gurabo campus.

This role leads and serves as technical owner for mechanical design review and sustaining activities focused on facilities and utility systems: preventive and corrective maintenance strategies, commissioning activities, and capital project support while partnering with operations, safety, and business stakeholders to support uptime, cost control, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities


* Own replacement and reliability strategy for critical mechanical utility systems, including HVAC, chilled water, hot water/steam, domestic water, and compressed air, in partnership with site service providers and department standards.


* Lead mechanical systems technical oversight for reliability-centered maintenance, failure-elimination, and asset performance initiatives to improve equipment reliability, availability, maintainability, and asset life.


* Analyze KPIs, system performance trends, capacity constraints, and energy consumption to reduce unplanned maintenance and identify optimization opportunities.


* Serve as the technical engineering lead for site utility systems, ensuring reliable GMP and non-GMP infrastructure operation and alignment with business growth needs.
