Job Description:
We're looking for an Offboarding Specialist II to join our EMEA HR team on a fixed-term contract until the end of June 2027.

Purpose of the role:
In this role, you will manage employee terminations and related processes in Workday and other HR systems, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and managers.
You will play a key role in maintaining compliance with HR policies, processes, and legislation while delivering exceptional service to our internal customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Process and manage offboarding cases in the case management system, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all transactions and documentation.
* Monitor cases proactively to meet SLAs and quality standards.
* Educate and guide customers on self-service tools and HR services.
* Participate in daily huddles and follow supervisor priorities.
* Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation.
* Document and share knowledge for future reference, including training others.
* Contribute to employee satisfaction initiatives and participate in training.
* Support special projects as assigned.
Required skill and qualifications
* Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
* Experience: 2-4 years in HR operations or related field.
* Skills:
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication.
+ Customer service orientation and ability to resolve issues effectively.
+ Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn HR systems.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Languages:
* English (oral+written)
* Dutch/Czech/German (secondary) preferred
