In this highly visible leadership role, you will oversee a global trademark and copyright portfolio across Johnson & Johnson's diverse MedTech businesses, partnering closely with senior business leaders, marketing teams, and legal colleagues to protect and strengthen our iconic brands worldwide.

Beyond serving as a trusted advisor, you will lead and inspire a high-performing team of attorneys and trademark professionals, driving talent development, operational excellence, and a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of trademark clearance, prosecution, maintenance and enforcement, as well as copyright and internet/domain name matters.

• Leads and manages a team of trademark and copyright professionals, including optimizing workflows, advancing talent development, and enhancing culture and engagement.

• Works closely with marketing clients and with other functional areas that support the business, providing proactive and strategic counseling that balances reasoned legal analysis with business needs.

• Directs contentious proceedings before courts, trademark offices and other government agencies worldwide, including management of outside counsel.
