Position Overview

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a highly motivated Portfolio Manager, ICC to lead portfolio planning, governance, prioritization, execution oversight, and value realization for technology initiatives delivered through the Innovation Capability Center.

This role will work closely with technology leaders, product owners, business stakeholders, finance partners, delivery teams, and vendor partners to ensure that the ICC portfolio is strategically aligned, transparently governed, financially disciplined, and driven with operational excellence.

The successful candidate will bring strong portfolio management expertise, executive communication, financial and resource planning skills, Agile delivery understanding, and the ability to connect strategy with execution across a complex global technology environment.

Portfolio Strategy & Governance


* Lead portfolio planning and governance processes for ICC technology programs, product teams, and pivotal initiatives.


* Partner with senior leaders to align portfolio priorities with business strategy, digital transformation goals, and enterprise technology roadmaps.
