The Business Platform Operations Support Leader will be a part of the DePuy Synthesis Supply Chain and Operations Systems and Digital o rganization .

This leader will play a significant role in a multi-year global business transformation initiative that will modernize our end-to-end Supply Chain digital capabilities by harmonizing our disparate ERP ecosystem standardizing our core business processes and products across Plan, Source, Make, Quality, Deliver, and Data, while enabling our integrated data strategy through a an SAP S/4 HANA backbone .

This role will be part of a platform business operations, enhancement and improvement organization that will fundamentally oversee the ongoing evolution of the DePuy Synthesis ERP platform, from deployment to long-term sustainability.

The role will be accountable for supporting core business platform support operations.

Specifically, this role will work closely with business partners to enable ongoing awareness , adoption , and effective use of the platform as new capabilities are delivered .
