Role Purpose

Ensure commercial master data across Emerging Markets Surgery is accurate, complete, governed, compliant, and fit for business use.

The role will manage and improve master data processes and serve as a key coordination point between Commercial Excellence, business functions, Data Management, and IT.

Key Responsibilities


* Manage commercial master data across customer, contact, account hierarchy, territory, sales hierarchy, product grouping, and other relevant data domains.


* Validate data creation and change requests, ensuring accuracy, completeness, appropriate approval, compliance, and supporting documentation before execution.


* Coordinate bulk uploads and mass changes, including pre-load validation, post-load reconciliation, issue resolution, and maintenance of complete audit trails.


* Monitor and improve data quality across completeness, accuracy, consistency, uniqueness, validity, and timeliness; resolve duplicates, ownership conflicts, inactive records, missing attributes, and other exceptions.


* Investigate recurring data issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions with process, data, and system owners.
