Position Summary

The Vice President, Portfolio Strategy & Execution (PS&E) is a senior commercial leader responsible for shaping and advancing portfolio-wide capabilities, strategic planning, operational excellence, customer engagement enablement, and cross-functional execution across U.S.

Oncology Solid Tumor.

This leader translates business priorities into actionable strategies, drives governance and disciplined execution, and strengthens the capabilities needed to deliver growth, improve customer impact, and increase organizational effectiveness.

The role serves as a key connector across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Learning, Finance, Strategy, Operations, and enabling functions.
