Purpose:

The Strategic Projects Manager - EP CEE serves as the strategic operational backbone of the Electrophysiology business across Central & Eastern Europe.

Reporting directly to the General Manager EP CEE, this role ensures clarity of priorities, executive readiness, and disciplined execution across the full EP CEE portfolio.

The incumbent applies deep electrophysiology expertise, strong business acumen, and exceptional organizational discipline to drive performance excellence, strategic account growth, and market leadership across a complex, multi-country region.
