Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Manager, Health Care Compliance Officer, Global Functions for the Innovative Medicine business with responsibilities for areas within the Global Commercial Strategy Organization (GCSO) and IM Business Development.

Purpose: The Senior Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to the business, providing practical, risk-informed guidance that enables compliant business performance, supports innovation and growth, and strengthens a culture of integrity, accountability, and responsible business outcomes.

This role requires a combination of healthcare compliance expertise, strategic business partnership, strong execution, and global stakeholder influence.

The Senior Manager, Health Care Compliance Officer, Global Functionsis responsible for supporting our global functions and advancing an effective compliance program while helping business partners navigate complex risks and opportunities.

This role operates within a dynamic and highly regulated environment, translating evolving legal, regulatory, and policy requirements into clear, practical, and actionable guidance that supports both business objectives and ethical standards.

Consistent with the Innovative Medicine compliance strategy, this position helps advance the evolution from a rules-based model to a principles-based, risk-informed approach that emphasizes accountability, sound judgment, and compliance by design.

The Senior Manager partners cross-functionally to embed compliance early into strategy development, enhance operational effectiveness of compliance processes, and support elements of the Health Care Compliance program across functions.
