Summary :

医療機器修理センタ-において担当製品群の修理業務を遂行し、品質、適時性、安全性および顧客満足の向上に貢献するポジションです。

担当製品の修理プロセス運用、トラブルシュ-ティング、品質管理、継続的改善活動を通じて、国内修理サ-ビスの安定運営と価値向上を支援します。

また、海外製造元やグロ-バルチ-ムと連携しながら、新製品導入、修理工程構築、技術移管プロジェクトに参画し、日本国内の修理能力向上に貢献します。

本ポジションでは、医療機器の最先端技術に触れながら、グロ-バルな技術ネットワ-クとの協業、改善プロジェクトへの参画、および将来的なRepair Service Managerや技術スペシャリストとしての成長機会を得ることができます。

Duties & Responsibilities

> 製品や修理工程で発生する技術課題について原因分析、トラブルシュ-ティングおよび是正処置を実施する。複雑な問題については関係者と連携し、再発防止に向けた対応を推進する。

> 品質マネジメントシステムの要求事項に基づき、不適合、是正処置、変更管理、手順書•記録管理、監査対応などの品質活動を実施する。

> 業務委託社員、新任者およびチ-ムメンバ-に対し、修理認定方針や標準手順に基づいた技術指導、トレ-ニングおよび知識共有を行う。

> 事業部、品質部門、サプライチェ-ン、海外製造元など関連部門との協業を通じて、問い合わせ、苦情、技術課題および業務課題の解決を支援する。

> 担当製品の修理、検査、評価業務を実施し、品質•納期•安全性を確保する。修理完了品が確立された品質基準、技術仕様、手順書および関連法規制に?...
