Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Integration Manager

Work You'll Do
As a Manager on the team, you will be responsible for:
* Leading the Oracle HCM Cloud technical integrations workstream from strategy through deployment, ensuring alignment with business, functional, technical, and security requirements
* Serving as a senior client-facing advisor, facilitating design discussions, resolving complex integration challenges, and communicating delivery status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders
* Directing the design and implementation of inbound and outbound integrations, including middleware coordination, interface architecture, data mapping, error handling, security considerations, and end-to-end validation
* Managing and developing cross-functional technical teams, delegating responsibilities, coordinating delivery across teams and locations, and maintaining accountability for high-quality outcomes
* Establishing integration quality and testing approaches, oversee system and integration testing, manage defect resolution, and support cutover, go-live, and post-production stabilization
* Proactively managing risks, dependencies, assumptions, and delivery issues while driving timely escalation and resolution across client and Deloitte teams
* Contributing to Deloitte's Oracle HCM Cloud practice through reusable assets, delivery improvements, knowledge sharing, and coaching of practitioners
