Position Overview

Lead commercialization and launch excellence for surgical robotic technologies, digital solutions, and emerging healthcare innovations across the UKI market.

This Senior Manager will drive cross-functional launch execution, identify opportunities to accelerate adoption, and translate technology and innovation into scalable, customer-focused commercial solutions.

Working closely with regional and global partners, the role will help shape commercialization strategies, support innovation adoption, and enable sustainable growth through effective market deployment.

Key Responsibilities


* Lead launch excellence activities for surgical robotic technologies, digital solutions, and associated healthcare platforms, developing readiness criteria, launch plans, risk mitigation strategies, playbooks, and post-launch optimization initiatives.


* Evaluate and implement innovative commercial approaches that support customer needs, market adoption, and sustainable business growth.


* Provide local market insights to inform innovation priorities and commercialization strategies by partnering with key stakeholders across the business.
