Job Description:

•Surgery/Electrophyciology/Neuro VascularのCustomer Service Operation Staffとして、必要に応じて上長やリ-ダ-の支援をもらいながら担当事業部の窓口業務として受注関連業務及び新製品導入や物流効率化推進に従事すること

業務責任

•KPI(OTIF-D、DSI、CIPなど)への責任を持ち、業務委託先の受注業務管理を適切におこなうこと

•DSIの再発防止案(ヒヤリハット含め)を業務委託先管理者と策定し、業務改善を行うこと

•CIP達成に向けて上長とともに適切なアプロ-チを策定し、社内外関係者とコミュニケ-ションを適切に進めること

•業務知識習得を継続的に実施して、適切かつ詳細な情報を顧客に提供すること

•受注関連業務プロセスを理解し、担当事業部や関連チ-ムと連携してプロセス改善を進めること

•関連法や品質要求を理解し、手順に準拠したプロセスを構築し、SOPの継続的な更新及び見直しを行うことで、常に最新のビジネスニ-ズに応えるプロセスを構築すること

•IBPに参加し、自チ-ムにとって必要な情報を入手し、適時チ-ムへの共有を行うこと

•上長や周りのサポ-トをもらいながらEDI接続、ナビエク、Partner Station活用を推進し、代理店とともに業務効率化を推進すること

•自動化や業務プロセス見直しを行い、CIP達成に向けて社内外関係者と協働すること

•CFTへ参画し、変更管理に関するCSとしての役割をリ-ドすること

•BOに伴う特別出荷対応(システムへの入力)
