The Manager supports governance, financial processes, and operational coordination for External Manufacturing (EM) relationships, with a primary focus on Jabil and other strategic collaborators.

This role executes standardized processes to ensure contract compliance, financial accuracy, and effective operational governance, while partnering cross-functionally to support business performance and operational excellence.

Duties and Key Responsibilities

Responsible for deploying and executing standardized processes across strategic collaborations and external manufacturing sites to support service delivery and financial objectives.

This role leads a small team of professionals serving as process owners across governance, financial processes, scorecard deployment, and operational reporting.


* Execute claims and reverse claims processes, ensuring accuracy, documentation, and timely closure


* Coordinate payments, purchase orders, and vendor setup (JDE, Ariba) in compliance with financial policies


* Track cost improvement program (CIP) commitments and support delivery monitoring


* Support inventory (SLOB) adjustments and assist in capex and expense tracking
