Job Description:

Manager, Insights Strategy & Innovation will lead the insight analytic function within Medical Affairs (MAF), delivering timely, accurate, and actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.

This role is also responsible for advancing AI-driven solutions and automation (including GenAI and conversational AI) that produce measurable business outcomes, as well as shaping and executing digital channel development and/or omnichannel strategy based on insights in collaboration with subject matter experts and partner functions.

While technical knowledge and experience in areas such as data engineering, ML/NLP, and MLOps are highly desirable, the primary emphasis of this role is on strong people leadership and stakeholder management.

The successful candidate will lead teams, align cross-functional stakeholders, and work with technical experts and partners to scale reliable, compliant, and cost-effective analytics and automation capabilities into production.

Core Responsibilities

• Define and execute the insight analytics and innovation roadmap for MAF, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and prioritizing initiatives by business impact and feasibility.

• Lead and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

• Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to identify high-value opportunities, align priorities, and drive execution.

• Translate business needs into practical analytics, AI, and automation initiatives by working closely with technical experts, IT, compliance, and external partners.

• Provide leadership across the lifecycle of analytics and innovation initiatives, from problem framing and prioritization to implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
