主な職務及び主な責任 Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:



* 理化学試験、微生物試験、サンプリング、包装資材試験、分析法バリデ-ション 、分析移管など日常業務およびアドホックな リクエストの試験業を実施し、すべての方法が JP、GMP/GCTP ガイドライン、承認書などの規制要件を満たしていることを 確認する。



* 富士 QC の 試験方法と手順の能力を有する。



* 他の QC 試験者に対して、要求に応じて試験方法や試験検査機器の使用方法などの QC 活動に必要なトレ-ニングを実施する。



* 会社の方針および GMP/GCTP の指示に従って、試験検査に関わる文書 (SOP 、 WI 、およ び IQ/OQ および PQ プロトコル ) の作成およびレビュ-を行う。



* 不適合 / 逸脱 /CAPA の発生時は正確かつタイムリ-に処理を行う。



* 技術および GMP/GCTP ガイドラインに関する知識を維持および開発する。



* 化学物質及び標準品の購入、保管•在庫管理及びこれらの更新、トラブル対応、廃棄を適切に行う。


* 試験検査結果の完全性と正確性をレビュ-し、保証する。



* ラボ機器のライフサイクル管理(インスト-ル / キャリブレ-ション / 検証 / 適格性評価 / トラブ ル シュ-ティング / 更新 / 廃棄)および関連するソフトウェアを管理する。
