We are searching for the best talent to join our Orthopedic team as a VP Trauma, Extremities, CMFT and Animal Health (TECA) R&D in West Chester, PA.

Purpose:

The Vice President, TECA R&D is accountable for setting and executing the R&D vision and strategy for DePuy Synthes' trauma, extremities and CMFT procedural solutions, including their integration with enabling technology and biologics portfolios.

This role drives differentiated innovation in human health by translating deep customer insights into high-impact solutions that deliver meaningful clinical, operational, and economic value.

It also ensures these solutions are adapted for animal health applications, maximizing enterprise value for DePuy Synthes.

As a member of the DePuy Synthes R&D Leadership Team (RDLT), this leader is expected to operate with a strong enterprise R&D mindset-making decisions and taking actions that prioritize total R&D performance and overall company outcomes over individual function or franchise optimization.
