Overview of Role:

Government Affairs & Policy(GA&P)は、医薬品のイノベ-ションを支援し患者アクセスを改善するために、外部環境の形成において重要な役割を担います。これには、政策立案者、規制当局、業界団体等との積極的な関与が含まれます。またGA&Pは、広範な医療費抑制策、地政学的な動向、迅速な政策変更に対応し、機動的かつ将来を見据えた戦略を推進する必要があります。

本Associate Director/Senior Managerポジションは、日本の革新的医薬品に対する政策形成の戦略および活動を推進します。特に、新規モダリティを含む革新的医薬品について、日本の患者さんへのアクセス確保•向上を実現することに重点を置きます。また、担当する特定の治療領域(TA)に関する政策分析ならびに戦略の策定•実行もリ-ドします。

本ポジションには、製薬業界、官公庁、コンサルティング会社等におけるヘルスケア領域のGA&P関連業務での確かな実績が求められます。また、日本語•英語双方で高いコミュニケ-ション能力を有することが必要です。
