Job Description:



* 倉庫作業における自らの担当業務に対し、富士工場での職務規則や作業標準を遵守しながら業務を遂行する。 また倉庫での業務委託先の管理を行う。
Fully understand his/her own tasks in warehouse operations and execute them complying with Fuji job rules and SOPs/WIs.

And manage contracter for ware house operation.



* フォ-クリフト作業、倉庫作業に関し安全で確実な作業を実施する。
Secure to conduct forklift and warehouse operatinos in a safe manner



* 各倉庫機器(フォ-クリフト、自動倉庫クレ-ン等)の点検を100パ-セント実施した上で作業を実施する。
Conduct operations after 100% execution of inspections on each warehouse instrument (forklift, auto warehouse crane, etc...)



* 倉庫業務における改善提案を挙げ、効率的な倉庫業務へつなげる。
Give suggestions toward warehouse improvements to achieve more efficient warehouse operations



* GMP遵守のため、期日を厳守したCW教育を実施する。
Complete CW training meeting due dates to comply with GMP requirements



* 作業逸脱、品質問題が起こった場合のSVへのタイムリ-な報告を実施する。また必要に応じてQIを起票し、QIのクロ-ズまで責任を持ちその再発防止に努める
Report any issue to his/her supervisor in a timely manner in case where any deviation or quality issue occurrs, and if neccessary raise a QI and take its responsibility until its closure to prevent recurrence



* 倉庫エリアにおける5Sを実施する
Take 5S actions in warehouse areas



* サポ-トGと連携し、製造ラインが止まらないように円滑に出庫作業を行う。
Conduct delivery operation smoothly in collaboration with the Support Group so as not to disturb production line operations
