Product Controller - Treasury Services - Associate

Join our Payments Product Control team and provide support to the financial controllers and product teams to ensure that the profit & loss, balance sheet, and month-end close procedures are done correctly and accurately.

As a Finance & Business Management Associate in the Payments Product Control team, you will collaborate with diverse teams and gain exposure to a wide range of financial products.

Job responsibilities:


* Assist with daily profit & loss reporting and month-end close processes


* Provide detailed analysis and reporting on the financials to desk heads, business managers, and senior finance management


* Partner with the business to bring forth and implement robust controls and new business initiatives


* Coordinate across various front and back office support functions to ensure resolution of control and reporting issues in an accurate and timely manner


* Serve as an analytical and project support resource for product control


* Handle various ad-hoc requests on a daily basis

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


* At least 3 years within Product Control, Financial Control, Accounting, or related area


* Experience doing profit & loss and month-end close process


* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related area


* Solid understanding of financial products


* Foundational analytical skills and attention to detail including an advanced control focus


* Knowledge of Alteryx and Tableau a plus


* Excellent communication skills and ability to develop dynamic working relationships
