With offices in Orlando, Coral Gables, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Cape Coral, and Ormond Beach, we are expanding our Individual and Small group team, and we are seeking dynamic sales professionals to grow with us.

About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Individual Health and Small Group Producer to join our growing sales team.

In this client-facing role, youll generate new business, develop strong relationships with commercial clients, and provide customized insurance solutions to protect our clients.

This position is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to build a solid book of business backed by a supportive team.

What Youll Do: Prospect, develop, and secure new insurance accounts through networking, referrals, and outbound outreachAnalyze client risks and insurance needs; recommend appropriate coverage and carrier solutionsPrepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospective clientsCollaborate closely with Account Managers and underwriting teams for seamless client onboarding and servicingMaintain a robust sales pipeline and track progress using CRM toolsProvide continuous support and guidance to existing clientsConsistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targetsStay current with industry trends, carrier products, and regulatory changesRepresent CSR / One Insurance Services at networking events and professional gatherings What We Offer: At CSR / One Insurance Services, we believe in empowering our people and rewarding performance.
