Need to utilize the web portal to check the claims instead of given calling.

After the calling need to take proper and timely actions.

If Denied claims required appeal then need to appeal the claim with proper comments with supporting document.

Need to F/up long time pending claims as Priority and need to discuss with team leads immediately if claims required assistance.

Need to work on the assigned denial batches and make sure to address all the denied claims

Good communication skills needed to read the correspondence Denial letter received from insurance companies.
