The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of our facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and operational environment for staff, clients, and visitors.

This role requires a proactive individual with a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other building infrastructure.

Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or large-scale projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.

Maintain grounds, including landscaping and waste management, to provide a clean and welcoming environment.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, minimizing downtime and disruptions to facility operations.

Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and scheduled maintenance.

Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as necessary.

Assist with setup and teardown for events and meetings, ensuring proper arrangement and functionality of equipment and facilities.

Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, promoting a culture of safety within the workplace.
