MUST BE IN OH, VA,KY FOR REMOTE Within 50 miles of location on-site/Hybrid Responsibilities: Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager.Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries.Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.Triage incoming faxes by facility/department in accordance with cutoff times.Clarify orders as needed.

Qualifications: Active Ohio Board of Pharmacy Technician License (required).Previous pharmacy experience.Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy experience preferred.Knowledge of brand-name and generic medications.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Moderate to advanced computer skills required.Excellent telephone etiquette.Frameworks / ECM system knowledge a plus.High School diploma or equivalent.
