If you thrive in a dynamic, high-energy setting and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly, we want you on our team! Position Overview: We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and dependable Parts Clerk / Runner to join our busy dealership.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our Service Department and Parts Counter by maintaining organized inventory, retrieving parts for technicians, and ensuring smooth workflow across the dealership.

Responsibilities: Fast-track parts and tools to service technicians to minimize repair downtime and keep service bays running efficiently.

Unload shipments, verify packing slips, restock shelves, and assist with routine inventory counts.

Assist parts and service teams with looking up parts, staging orders, and maintaining a clean, organized retail floor and warehouse.

Assist with general errands, pick up parts from local vendors, and support the service team as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements: Previous experience in a parts department, retail warehouse, automotive/RV environment, or runner role is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate! Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, bend, and move continuously throughout a busy dealership environment.

Basic proficiency with inventory software, point-of-sale systems, or general computer applications.

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (required for off-site errands).

Strong communication skills, great attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and a team-player attitude.
