Dishwasher / Utility Hotel Food & Beverage Operations Start Your Journey with Midas Hospitality: Midas Hospitality is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Dishwasher / Utility Associate to join our Food & Beverage team.

This role plays a critical part in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment by ensuring dishes, cookware, utensils, equipment, and work areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

The ideal candidate takes pride in supporting the kitchen team, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of cleanliness in creating a great guest dining experience.

What You Will Be Doing: As a Dishwasher / Utility Associate, you will support daily kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation throughout the Food & Beverage department.

Responsibilities include: Scrape, rinse, wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.

Operate dishwashing machines and hand-wash items according to established sanitation and safety procedures.

Clean and maintain kitchen floors, worktables, walls, refrigerators, storage areas, and other Food & Beverage workspaces.

Remove trash, recycling, and food waste and transport materials to designated disposal areas.

Clean and sanitize garbage containers and maintain a clean and organized dish area.

Polish silverware and prepare clean service items for restaurant and banquet operations.

Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and kitchen areas as needed.

Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing deliveries of food, supplies, and equipment.

Support basic food preparation, including washing or preparing vegetables and assisting with kitchen prep tasks as directed.

Complete opening, operating, and closing side work assignments each shift.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, health department, company, and brand standards.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment at all times.

Work collaboratively with chefs, cooks, servers, banquet staff, and other hotel associates to support successful operations.

Assist with additional responsibilities and special projects assigned by kitchen or hotel leadership.

What You Bring: Previous dishwashing, kitchen, restaurant, food service, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred but not required.

Strong work ethic and ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to follow cleaning procedures, sanitation requirements, and safety guidelines.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
