ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Provide excellent customer satisfaction experience.Perform scheduled and routine maintenance.Diagnose service problems and provide repair solutions.Install new products (reverse osmosis, whole-home systems) in residential properties.Provide troubleshooting, testing, and technical support to consumers at the time of service calls.Educate and explain service issues and preventative maintenance to customers.Complete service call documentation and maintenance records.
