Water Treatment Specialist Apprentice

Carroll Water is seeking a motivated and dependable Water Treatment Specialist Apprentice to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the water treatment industry while working alongside experienced technicians in residential and commercial environments.

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Training is provided with opportunities for advancement into a Water Treatment Specialist or Water Treatment Technician role.

Key Responsibilities Assist Water Treatment Technicians with installation, service, and maintenance of water treatment equipmentSafely lift, carry, load, and unload equipment and materialsReplace filters, collect water samples, and clean/maintain equipmentMaintain clean and organized job sitesTravel to customer locations throughout the Baltimore surrounding areasInteract with customers in a professional and courteous mannerFollow all company safety rules and proceduresAssist with loading company vehicles and transporting materials to job sitesPerform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving recordAbility to safely use hand and power toolsStrong work ethic, reliability, and organizational skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work in a team environmentWillingness to learn and grow within the companyCustomer service skills and professional communication Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularlyAbility to bend, kneel, climb, crouch, and stand for extended periodsAbility to work in varying indoor and outdoor weather conditionsAbility to safely move equipment and materials in and out of customer homes and job sites Additional Requirements Pre-employment background check requiredMotor vehicle/driving record check requiredMust be eligible to work in the United States Why Join Carroll Water?
