Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration of the company's equity programs, including equity awards for employees and non-employee directors, as well as global ESPP offerings.

This role will focus on processing equity transactions, maintaining accurate records, supporting employee communications, coordinating with external vendors and internal partners, and assisting with required reporting and disclosures, including Section 16 filings.

The ideal candidate brings strong operational expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to contribute to process improvements within a SOX-compliant environment.

The Equity Administration Senior Contractor will report to and work closely with the Equity Administration and Total Rewards team to support the operational and administrative delivery of the company's equity compensation programs across CooperCompanies and its consolidated entities.

This role provides experienced, hands-on support and acts as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders, without direct people management or full program ownership.
