Dublin Post Acute

RN/LPN Full -Time Day Shift

Location: Dublin, OH

Position Type: Full-Time Day Shift (Rotating weekend shift)

Hours: 7:00am - 7:00pm

$2,500 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time RN/LPN

Dublin Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated RN to join our team on the night shift.

The RN/LPN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities


* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.



* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.



* Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to physicians and appropriate team members.



* Supervise and support LVNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.



* Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.



* Respond to resident emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.



* Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.



* Participate in shift reports, care conferences, and quality improvement activities.



* Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.



* Promote a positive, resident-centered environment focused on quality care and customer service.

Qualifications

Education & Licensure


* Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.



* Graduate of an accredited nursing program.



* Current CPR/BLS certification required.

Experience


* Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred.



* Experience supervising nursing staff preferred.

* Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.



* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.



* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.



* Proficient documentation and computer skills.



* Ability to work independently while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

Physical Requirements


* Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the facility during scheduled shifts.



* Ability to assist residents and respond to emergencies as needed.



* Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
