Lone Tree Post Acute is looking for a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team .

As part of our 99-bed skilled nursing facility, you'll work alongside experienced therapists and healthcare professionals to help residents regain independence, improve daily function, and enhance their quality of life.

What You'll Do


* Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist


* Help residents improve functional abilities, independence, and overall quality of life


* Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team to achieve resident goals


* Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques, adaptive equipment, and home safety


* Assist with discharge planning to support safe transitions home


* Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards


* Foster a positive and encouraging therapy environment that motivates residents throughout their rehabilitation journey

What We're Looking For


* Current, active California Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


* Strong teamwork and organizational abilities


* Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
