What You'll Do


* Evaluate residents and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans


* Deliver skilled occupational therapy services that promote functional independence and improved quality of life


* Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team to achieve optimal resident outcomes


* Supervise and mentor Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and therapy students


* Participate in care conferences and discharge planning


* Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home safety


* Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards

What We're Looking For


* Current, active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license


* Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills


* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities


* Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care


* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
