Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Regional Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Marketing team.

This position plays a key role in supporting marketing, communications, and business development initiatives across multiple regions.

Working as an extension of the Corporate Marketing team, the Regional Marketing Coordinator partners closely with Regional Leadership, Operations, and Human Resources to strengthen the SpecialtyRx brand, reinforce company culture, and ensure consistent messaging across all locations.

This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented marketing professional who enjoys collaborating with multiple teams, managing projects, and traveling to support regional initiatives.

Location: Regional coverage across SpecialtyRx pharmacy locations Schedule: Full-Time, Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (Flexibility required for occasional evening or weekend events) Travel: Regular regional travel required (Mileage reimbursement and travel expenses provided) Responsibilities: Travel to assigned regions to support marketing, communications, and business development initiatives.Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring SpecialtyRx branding, messaging, and visual standards are consistently represented across all assigned locations.Conduct periodic reviews of regional locations to ensure marketing materials, signage, and branded assets remain current and aligned with company standards.Plan, coordinate, and manage educational webinars and virtual events for healthcare facility partners in collaboration with internal subject matter experts and external presenters.Partner with Corporate Marketing to maintain a consistent regional presence across digital communication channels.Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of regional marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.Collaborate with Human Resources and Regional Leadership to support employee engagement, company culture, internal communications, and employer branding initiatives.Support marketing efforts for new pharmacy openings, acquisitions, and other strategic regional initiatives.Coordinate promotional materials, branded merchandise, and marketing supplies for meetings, conferences, and regional events.Build strong working relationships with regional leadership and operational teams to identify marketing opportunities and support business objectives.Monitor the effectiveness of regional marketing initiatives and recommend opportunities...
