Job Summary: 

The HR Generalist assists in the daily functions of U.S.

and global operations in the HR Department. 

Supervisory Responsibilities:


* None

Duties/Responsibilities:


* Participate in the implementation of HR programs by providing human resources services, which involve benefits and leave programs.


* Complete personnel transactions and maintain associated records.


* Comply with routine reporting requirements (i.e., benefits premium remittance report, benefits pivot tables, international active employees, and FMLA status.)


*  Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR, talent management, and employment law.


* Involvement in special HR projects.


* Respond to employment-related inquiries from employees.


* Maintain employee records and HR information systems (HRIS), ensuring accuracy and compliance with recordkeeping requirements


* Process employee status changes including new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations


* Coordinate onboarding activities including new hire paperwork, system access, and orientation scheduling


* Administer employee benefits enrollment, changes, and communications


* Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs


* Prepare HR-related correspondence, reports, and presentations


* Maintain HR filing systems and ensure proper document retention


* Assist with employment verification requests and unemployment claims


* Support recruitment efforts including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications


* Coordinate HR projects and initiatives as assigned
