Purpose or General Objective: To sort, hang, and tag donated merchandise while meeting GICMH production standards.

Essential Duties: Continually serve as a positive role model for all employees, participants, and customers working with and for Goodwill Industries.Sort through donated goods while determining quality textile and bin to hang and seasonal merchandise to store.Continually hang and tag textile and maintain a level of processing performance of at least 80 pieces per hour with no more than 5% bale.Correctly label carts and Gaylords as SEASONAL or BALE, or as directed.Assist the Production Supervisor with shipping and receiving between locations.Transfer Z-Racks, carts, and Gaylords to the appropriate staging area within the processing area.Maintain a safe and orderly work environment by following safety procedures and reporting injuries and safety hazards.Maintain good housekeeping skills, including sweeping and cleaning the work area at the end of the shift.Perform 5-Minute Drills at workstations.
