Role: The Supervisory Software Project Manager shall oversee software contract staff and ensure projects are completed within established timelines and to stakeholder criteria.

The Supervisory Software Program Manager oversees successful implementation of software projects.

Duties: The Supervisory Software Project Manager will: Assign tasks, workloads, set priorities, and monitor team performance to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met for stakeholders and customers.

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects, ensuring alignment with agency objectives and priorities.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, resource allocations, and risk management strategies.

Identify and mitigate software project risks, escalating issues as necessary to ensure successful project outcomes.

Lead the team in updating, enhancing, and maintaining the agencys web application to meet evolving requirements and user needs.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field preferred Required Experience and Skills: Minimum of 3 years of experience in software program or project management.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar).
