What You Will Do


* Certification & Compliance: Maintain the quality program, ensuring compliance with applicable certifications and regulatory requirements


* Customer Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints; manage corrective actions promptly


* Documentation & Validation: Review technical files, master records, validation plans, and design releases for accuracy and completeness


* Process Monitoring: Conduct regular monitoring and performance evaluations of thermoforming and extrusion plastics processes


* Conformance Management: Assess non-conforming products, approve shipment holds, and oversee ECOs


* Process Improvements: Develop and refine work instructions, procedures, and work standards to boost efficiency and product quality


* Data Analysis: Compile and analyze test results to diagnose malfunctions, identify trends, and recommend corrective measures

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Experience working in quality specific position in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment


* Experience interpreting data, identifying trends and patterns, presenting scientific information and compiling data in various analytical formats


* Experience leading an initiative within the operation and working through others to accomplish goals


* Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

What Will Put You Ahead


* Bachelor's degree or higher in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field


* Prior experience working in a shape molding, thermoforming or extrusion facility


* Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis techniques and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA)


* Experience working with Safe Quality Food (SQF)
