Corporate Safety Manager

Position: Corporate Safety Manager Company: Columbia Safety Services, LLC Location: Greater Seattle, WA home-based, field-first, with office space available in Seattle Reports To: Chief Executive Officer Employment Type: Full-time, salaried, exempt Bargaining Unit Status: Non-union Incentive Eligibility: Annual bonus tied to safety performance and MBOs see Compensation Travel: Regular travel to every branch, at least quarterly and ideally monthly, across WA, OR, and ID Build Something That Actually Matters Most safety jobs are paperwork and policing.

We are looking for someone to help build that culture from the ground up across multiple growing fire protection companies.

This is a field-first leadership role.

You will spend most of your time on jobsites alongside our crews, not behind a desk.

You will mentor technicians and fitters, build relationships, lead training, improve systems, investigate incidents, support claims management, and help create a safety culture people actually buy into.

You are not a safety cop.
