RN - School Health Room Nurse

Responsible for coordinating staff training and check off for G-Tube Feedings and Medication Administration at facility site

RN Duties and Responsibilities:  Duties are performed with a degree of independence within County and State standard routines, policies, and procedures


* Provide education and check off staff for G-Tube Feedings


* Educate staff and families on medication and check off staff on medication administration


* Provide medication administration to cover staff leave


* Review and provide feedback of performance measures


* Must respond back to inquiries and emails with urgency

Qualifications:


* Minimum 1 years of experience as a Registered Nurse within the last 3 years


* Unrestricted NC or Compact RN License


* Experience with direct patient care within the last three years


* Experience with training or performing G-Tube Feedings


* CPR AED Certified (no online courses)
