Controller

Under the general direction of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Controller is responsible for the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of PHDC's accounting and financial reporting functions across PHDC and its affiliated entities.

The employee in this class serves as the organization's principal technical accounting authority; establishes accounting policies and internal control standards; oversees financial reporting, audits, grants accounting, accounts receivable, treasury operations, and financial systems; supervises the Director of Accounting; and performs related work as required.
