Job Title:HR Leaves & Accommodations Specialist Location: 1900 Silver Lake Rd NW, New Brighton, MN 55112 Working Model: This role is fully onsite for the first 3060 days, transitioning to a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days working from home.

As a HR Leaves & Accommodations Specialist at Sagent Behavioral Health, you will administer employee leave and accommodation programs while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company policies.

This role serves as the primary point of contact for employees, supervisors, and internal stakeholders throughout the leave and accommodation process, providing exceptional customer service and guidance while maintaining accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

Total earnings for this position will range from $20.00 - $22.00 per hour.
