* Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field and 7 years of experience, or 10 years' equivalent work experience.


* 3 years in a manager or supervisory capacity leading team sizes greater than 5.


* Travel up to 50%

* Good comprehension of cost structures, as well as a working knowledge of investment casting processes, quality systems, statistics, and customer specifications.


* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.


* Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.


* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers.


* Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
